Approved-source model

Automated discovery is restricted to sources and technical endpoints that have been explicitly configured for that purpose. A recognizable publisher name alone is not enough to authorize automated access.

Rights and access matter

• Public availability does not automatically mean unrestricted commercial reuse.
• Licensed or credentialed sources must not be accessed through unauthorized substitutes.
• Publisher bodies, photos or other protected assets should not be copied merely because metadata discovery is permitted.

Metadata and editorial wording stay separate

A publisher headline may be preserved as source evidence, but it is not automatically treated as NewsGlova’s editorial headline. Provenance notes, discovery metadata and editorial copy are maintained as different fields.

Corroboration and conflicts

The newsroom workflow is designed to distinguish confirmed facts, unconfirmed claims, missing information and conflicting evidence. Material unresolved conflicts can block drafting or publication readiness.

Traceability

Candidates, clusters, evidence packets, drafts and stories retain references that allow newsroom staff to trace important claims back through the editorial workflow.
